By booking and attending an Immersive Dome Experience with Icenai Domes Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
• All sessions must be booked in advance.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
• In the unlikely event that Icenai Domes Ltd cancels a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
3. Arrival & Late Entry
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted once the session has begun.
• No refunds will be issued for missed or shortened sessions due to late arrival.
4. Children’s Sessions
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times unless stated otherwise.
• The supervising adult is responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety.
5. Adult & Mindfulness Sessions
• These sessions are designed for relaxation and wellbeing.
• Please respect the calm atmosphere for all participants.
6. Health & Safety
• Participation is at your own risk.
• The immersive dome includes lights, visuals and sound which may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, including light sensitivity or epilepsy.
• Please inform Icenai Domes Ltd of any medical conditions, sensory sensitivities or additional needs in advance.
• Icenai Domes Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry where participation may not be safe.
7. Personal Belongings
• Icenai Domes Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Photography & Media
• Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
• Please inform staff before the session if you do not wish to appear in any media.
9. Behaviour & Respect
• All guests must treat staff and other participants with respect.
• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.
10. Session Changes & Presenter Illness
• Session content, timings or presenters may change.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, as much notice as reasonably possible will be given.
• A refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
11. Weather
• Sessions affected by extreme weather may be cancelled for safety reasons.
• Where cancelled by Icenai Domes Ltd, a refund or reschedule will be offered.
• No refunds will be issued where customers choose not to attend but the session proceeds as planned.
12. Data Protection
• Personal information will be used solely for booking and communication purposes in line with UK data protection laws.
